The Cats listed below are offered for Adoption by the National Alliance of Burmese Breeders - Breed Rescue. They are listed on this page to create awareness, adoption is through NABB.
As I am fostering several at my home, I can speak to them personally, but this list is NOT inclusive of all the cats NABB Breed Rescue has available.
In February 2025 the NABB Rescue was entrusted with the care and rehoming of 26 beautiful Burmese and Bombay cats after their original owner faced health challenges and transitioned into assisted living. These cherished cats, ranging in age from 2 to 14 years, come from exceptional bloodlines and embody the affectionate, people-oriented temperament that Burmese / Bombay are so well known for.
Each cat has been lovingly fostered, examined by a veterinarian, spayed/neutered, and vaccinated. They are now in search of a devoted family and forever home. Adoption fees are based on age and take into consideration special needs. Cats will be placed to ensure the best possible match for both the cat and their new family. This wonderful lady appreciates all the snuggles, lap time and scratches you can provide. She is warm and forgiving in nature. Foster is working on her comfort being approached and picked up in a large open setting.

Engaged and loving, this boy consistently greets you at the door. He loves to play and exercising on his cat wheel. He is the type to follow you around the house, check out what you are doing, and will happy snuggle or play when asked.
Suitable for a home with children or an adults only environment.

Looking for a best friend!!
If you desirer everything 'Burmese" this is your girl!. She is interactive, loveable and involved. Always ready to help with anything and everything, Ivie is never unavailable for love and play. She is an engaged ambassador for the breed. Her outgoing and amicable personally would make a wonderful therapy or family cat.
Energy level: Medium to Active
Open to respectful dogs
Would be best with a friend, but could be an only cat with an involved owner.

This lovely bonded pair of sisters are looking for an inviting home which will allow them to blossom!
They have nothing but the nicest of manners. Coming from a quite environment, they will need time to adjust to an active home. They are warming up at their foster and showing potential of being excellent companions.
